Can we serve ads anywhere in the world?

All this is due to the fact that publishers (small or big), SSP's and Adexchanges want money/revenue/profit. The ability to target this specific - even in terms of location (within a specific country) - is because of the effect and correlation between our global capitalistic system and the Programmatic Advertising landscape.
